Senior Sales Executives
• Capable of reaching out to clients/customers, knocking on doors, embarking on systematic prospecting, which can attract new customers and ensure that existing ones are retained/ maintained.
• People who can schedule time and appointments, who can define all customers and prospective buyers systematically, providing support to customers after purchase and embark on active sales and marketing according to marketing mix, model, price and communication policies.
• Observing market trends both at state and national levels as regards purchasing policies, product rang structure, establishment of prices, target orientation in sales, etc.
• Implementing and monitoring standards/guidelines values for car sales.
• Analyzing market potential and ensuring exploitation of that potential.
• Setting qualitative and quantitative targets for prospecting sales and customer care.
• Target driven with excellent organizational, interpersonal, administrative, managerial and human relations skills.
• Very proactive, innovative and capable of thinking fast, acting fast and outside the box.
• Must possess excellent communication, writing and reporting skills.

Qualifications/Experience: B.Sc/HND in marketing, business Admin or any of the social sciences. Minimum of seven years experience, preferably in the automobile or technical products sector. Possession of MBA and membership of relevant professional bodies will be of great advantage.
